Google is working to index and permit applications also streaming; in practice, in a short future (hopefully), using Google search to mobile only web results will not be achieved but also consistent information from installing apps on your smartphone. At the same time, some services may offer their streaming applications, i.e. you can use without needing to physically install them on your device.
How many times it happened to need a piece of information or a service to satisfy you and you had to install an app for that purpose? Or, how many times did you install an app to use it just once? The result, often, is the smartphone full of unused apps that take up space and do not have time to remove.
Streaming applications without installation
This could soon change. Google is experimenting with streaming applications.
In practice, in response to a mobile web search, some sites offer their streaming app and then you can use without having to physically install on your device.
Let’s take an example: you are looking for a hotel on Google results, some sites will provide the “stream” which will give a preview of their usable apps.
This new feature, still in beta testing, is part of a larger project: in fact, Google is still indexing the app for its search engine to offer us, at the time of research, not only results but also web information coming from apps already installed on our smartphone that would otherwise be unattainable.
In a nutshell, in the future, if you seek on google product to buy, in addition to the results may also appear web exclusive offers (not found via the web) discounts app you have installed previously on your device.
